If so, Related Companies, Luxury team is searching for a unique individual like you to join our team as a Temporary Residential Doorperson / Concierge! This vacancy is located at our luxury high-rise Lovejoy Wharf, in Boston, MA. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS A RESIDENTIAL DOORPERSON / CONCIERGE Welcoming Ambassador: Greet residents and visitors with a friendly smile and genuine warmth. Your positive energy and exceptional customer service skills will set the tone for a welcoming atmosphere within the community. Safety: Maintaining a watchful eye on the premises, contributing to a safe and secure environment. Relationship Building: Offering a helping hand and a listening ear to residents' needs, from insider recommendations to friendly chats. Teamwork: Collaborating with our wonderful team to orchestrate seamless arrivals and departures, and provide best in class customer service. COMPENSATION The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible to receive discretionary bonus incentives and a comprehensive benefits package. Anticipated hourly range: $21.00 - $22.00 Actual base salary within the anticipated range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and market factors. SCHEDULE Monday - Friday: 7am - 3:30pm (off Saturday and Sunday)
Requirements
- You have prior experience in hospitality, property management, customer service or a related field.
