Requirements

  • Luxury Hotel and Residential building is highly preferred
  • Ability to read, comprehend and interpret documents/instructions, correspondence and memos
  • Ability to communicate professionally in English, verbal and written
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently is required to stand for extended period
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
  • Ability to interact, understand resident inquiries and provide responses
  • Ability to work varying schedules including weekends, holidays, evening and overnight shifts to accommodate business demands
  • Ability to perform assignments with minimal supervision
  • The employee must be able lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee works inside and/or outside of the hotel, under all weather conditions
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
  • The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles

Nice To Haves

  • Second language proficiency strongly preferred
