About The Position

Trinity Ridge is seeking a dedicated, detail‑oriented, and experienced Director of Admissions and Marketing to join our team. The Director of Admissions and Marketing will oversee all phases of the admissions and marketing process while coordinating comprehensive marketing and public relations initiatives. This role requires a proactive professional with strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail, particularly in managing skilled nursing admissions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to effectively handle inquiries, guide residents and families through the admissions process, and develop and implement strategic marketing plans that strengthen the facility’s presence within the community.

Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma with at least 2 years of experience in skilled nursing admissions/marketing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships within the community.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to move items/literature up to 25 lbs.
  • Ambulatory throughout the location.
  • Office environment with extended periods of sitting at a desk and in front of a computer.

Nice To Haves

  • College degree and experience in skilled nursing services and/or marketing functions.

Responsibilities

  • Establish a system to handle electronic, telephone, and personal inquiries in a positive manner.
  • Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers in collaboration with the social worker and other staff.
  • Complete required admission documentation with residents or responsible parties.
  • Maintain an accurate and complete list of applications for admission.
  • Compile reports on inquiries, admissions, transfers, and discharges.
  • Develop and implement monthly and annual marketing plans with measurable goals.
  • Organize staff to deliver the Trinity Ridge's story to churches, church groups, and the community.
  • Assist in coordinating events within the facility to promote community involvement.
  • Promote good relations with referral sources, physicians, families, and other stakeholders.
  • Represent the facility in public activities for marketing and public relations.
