About The Position

We are seeking hands-on, creative, and detail-oriented Temporary Design Team Installation Specialists to support our design team with a wide variety of interior and event installations. This is a temporary, project-based role that will require experience in building furniture, crafting, moving items, and installing large-scale decor and design elements. You’ll work closely with our design and production teams to bring projects to life—both for permanent interior installations and temporary event setups. Tasks will include everything from constructing custom furniture and assembling prefab pieces to hanging wall art, placing planters, and installing visual features throughout our properties. Requirements

• Experience with furniture building, decor installation, or event setup.
• Comfortable with heavy lifting and physically demanding work.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and installation hardware.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently or as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building, assembling, and installing furniture, fixtures, and large-scale decor elements.
• Move furniture and props from one location to another as needed.
• Hang wall art, photos, mirrors, and other decorative features with precision.
• Support the setting up of design elements for holiday and seasonal installations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve challenges during on-site installs to ensure everything is secure, polished, and in line with the overall vision.
• Collaborate with the design team to execute creative concepts accurately and efficiently.
• Follow safety standards and maintain care when handling tools, materials, and furnishings.
• Participate in installation days, which may occasionally include evenings or weekends depending on project timelines.
