As a Temporary Data Entry Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling high volumes of work, while maintaining accuracy, organization, and detail.

Requirements

  • Effective and efficient use of computer applications including MS Office products
  • Must type a minimum of 50 wpm with 95% accuracy
  • Work well independently
  • Ability to work successfully within a small, collaborative team environment
  • Consistent attendance is an essential job function
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver a high level of client service
  • This position is an in-office role at our Traverse City, Michigan location.
  • The hours for this position are Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM EST.
  • The compensation for this position will be $16.00 USD hourly.
  • Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley and key regulations, if applicable.
  • For SOX compliant roles, responsible for designing, executing, and documenting internal controls where they have been identified as owners to prevent errors in financial reporting, processes, and business operations.
  • Including attestation to the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of all financial reporting data, where applicable.

Responsibilities

  • Complete wide variety of back-office task & processes
  • Communicate and follow up with clients/agents as needed
  • Review policies & updated as needed
  • Process miscellaneous mail
  • Meet personal, monthly team production and accuracy targets
