The Customer Service Representative (CSR) Temp will provide exceptional support to our internal and external customers through effective communication and sales order processing. They will also perform clerical functions to support the Customer Service and Sales Support department. The CSR Temp will be required to spend time doing phone and computer work in a cubicle

Requirements

  • High Schoool Diploma required/AS Degree in Business related field preferred
  • Minimum of one year of experience in Customer Service or administrative
  • Previous experienced in a detail-oriented position
  • Proven team player with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, professional telephone demeanour; attentive listener
  • Strong problem solving skills; Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Proficiency working with computers
  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare or Consumer Goods industry preferred
