Columbia College Chicago is a private urban institution of approximately 4,500 undergraduate and graduate students, four-year College offering a distinctive curriculum that blends liberal arts, creative and media arts and business is currently searching for a(an) Temporary Audience Services Manager. The Audience Services Manager position will encompass many box office and house management duties for all four Getz Theatre Center venues and will report to the production manager. This position will supervise student work aids and collaborate with production and administrative staff, associate chair (Artistic Director) and faculty. Schedule will vary, working during the day in selling tickets, submitting payments, communicating ticket information to marketing and communications and, work evenings/afternoons, monitoring audience services at performances. This is a temporary part-time union position through the Spring 2026 semester. Up to 25 hours per week, hours may vary based on performance/production schedule.
