An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or social media
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), preferably in English or a related field

Nice To Haves

  • Proven experience in copywriting and writing direction across multiple channels and formats
  • Strong ability to manage change and navigate fast-paced, evolving workstreams
  • Experience working directly with clients and presenting creative work
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight timelines
  • A collaborative mindset and an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Creative Directors, Art Directors, and cross-functional teams to concept and execute integrated campaigns across social, digital, video, experiential, and content
  • Develop earned-first, social-by-design ideas for client work and new business
  • Translate big ideas into executable tactics that deliver against business objectives
  • Collaborate with account, strategy, influencer, and production teams to bring work to life
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, providing direction and maintaining momentum across workstreams
  • Work closely with project management and production partners to ensure smooth execution
  • Present creative work to clients and help drive alignment and approvals
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver work on time and on budget
