Reporting to the Director, Student Engagement & Leadership, The Temporary Assistant Bookkeeper will provide essential operational and financial support to student organizations during a high-volume period of activity. This role is critical to ensuring continuity, consistency, and timely processing of student organization purchases during the extended leave of the Finance Manager. April is historically the busiest month for student organization purchasing, and this position will help ensure student leaders receive the guidance, support, and responsiveness they need to successfully execute programs and events.
