Requirements

2+ years of bookkeeping experience required
Accounts Payable, Accounts Receiving, payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting experience
Accounting principles knowledge is required
QuickBooks Online experience required

Nice To Haves

Farm, production, or e-commerce experience helpful
Familiarity with Shopify and Grazecart preferred.

Responsibilities

Record bills, expenses, deposits, and internal transactions across multiple business units.
Manage accounts payable, initiate payments, and maintain organized financial records.
Reconcile checking and loan accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Import sales and inventory data from the online platform into QuickBooks Online.
Prepare & send weekly and monthly financial reports to leadership.
Coordinate with the outside CPA, including providing sales tax and year-end documentation.
Support payroll processing by collecting hours, submitting payroll data, and recording accrual-based entries.
