The Role: Under the direction of the Manager of Enterprise Applications, the Temporary Application Access Support Specialist is responsible for onboarding and offboarding users across Avanath’s application platforms, including Yardi, Ramp, and other internal systems. This role focuses on user access management, ensuring employees and vendors are granted appropriate system access in a timely, accurate, and secure manner, and that access is promptly removed when no longer required. All work is performed in accordance with Avanath Capital policies

Requirements

  • Prior experience in application support, user access administration, IT support, or a related role preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented processes precisely.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic familiarity with enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, finance, or operational systems) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Process user onboarding and offboarding requests across multiple platforms, including user creation, role assignment, access modifications, and deactivation.
  • Execute password resets and access updates in accordance with documented processes and approval requirements.
  • Ensure all access requests are accurately documented and completed within defined service-level expectations.
  • Maintain clear, complete documentation of actions taken for audit, compliance, and operational tracking purposes.
  • Communicate effectively with internal corporate and field users regarding request status, access issues, and resolution timelines.
  • Identify discrepancies, missing information, or potential access risks and escalate as appropriate.
  • Follow established security and access control standards to protect system integrity and sensitive data.
  • Coordinate with application owners or the Enterprise Applications team when requests fall outside standard access procedures.
  • Support process improvements by identifying recurring issues, inefficiencies, or documentation gaps related to user access management.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support the Enterprise Applications
