Job Summary The Temporary Administrative Specialist- Capital Strategy and Planning Team performs a variety of highly skilled and complex administrative functions to support the Capital Strategy and Planning Team such as managing complex schedules, producing briefings and analytical reports, leading and participating in project teams, fostering strong internal communications, and providing support for Library District meetings and events. This position demonstrates strong autonomy and critical thinking by independently analyzing information, identifying issues, and developing well-reasoned solutions while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and integrity. The Administrative Specialist provides excellent internal and external customer service. These tasks contribute to the Library District’s effective operation, providing library services, spaces, and resources that are representative of diverse cultures and perspectives, intentionally inclusive, and accessible to everyone.
