Requirements

  • Previous administrative, accounting, or office support experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the accounting team
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and maintenance of financial records
  • Support accounts payable and/or accounts receivable processes as needed
  • Help prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documentation
  • Respond to internal inquiries and route information appropriately
  • Perform general clerical duties such as scanning, copying, and organizing documents
