About The Position

Finance employees receive, account for, monitor, and design internal controls to safeguard sacred funds (donated confidentially in obedience to God's commandments) for the Church's religious mission under the direction of senior ecclesiastical leaders. This position is an entry level professional accounting position in which the incumbent applies accounting principles in working with specialized accounting records and reports and is responsible for assisting in the day to day maintenance of a complete and accurate general ledger and in preparing basic financial reports. From the IT professional who develops an app that sends the gospel message worldwide, to the facilities manager who maintains our buildings— giving Church members places to worship, teach, learn, and receive sacred ordinances—our employees seek innovative ways to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with the world.
