How you’ll make an impact in this role Delivering training on SCM modules, including Procure-to-Pay, Requisitioning, Inventory, Order Management, and Logistics. Guiding users through core tasks such as requisition creation, purchase order management, inventory adjustments, and order fulfillment. Facilitating hands-on training using sandbox environments and realistic process scenarios. Supporting learners with role-based navigation, task sequencing, and system troubleshooting. Providing live support during both formal training sessions and go-live events to reinforce consistent system use and data entry standards.

Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • 3-5 experience Hands-on experience with ERP Supply Chain platforms (Oracle, PeopleSoft, WorkDay, etc)
  • Strong command of transactional supply chain processes within the system
  • Familiarity with dependencies between procurement, inventory, and order management tasks
  • Experience in the Healthcare or a related industry including clinical settings
