Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Possess outstanding guest service skills and sophisticated verbal and written communication skills
Computer literate in Microsoft Windows programs
Ability to work cohesively as part of a team as well as independently

Nice To Haves

University/College degree in a related discipline is preferred

Responsibilities

Serving as the liaison for HOA Owners from the Accounting perspective
Maintaining accurate systems of accounts and internal controls to support all required financial reports and statements
Overseeing daily income audit, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and credit management
Assisting department leaders with interpretation, training, and analysis of accounting‑related matters
Supporting the preparation and analysis of monthly financial reports
