Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent (students currently enrolled are also welcome!)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in every transaction
Integrity and confidentiality in handling customer information
The ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and comfort with banking software

Previous cash-handling or customer service experience

Responsibilities

Greet customers with a smile and assist with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
Provide answers to customer inquiries and guide them to the right department for more complex needs
Spot counterfeit currency and ensure transactions are processed accurately
Balance your cash drawer and vault, maintaining accuracy and accountability
Prepare and track cashier’s checks, money orders, and other banking documents
Open and close accounts while ensuring all documentation is complete
Cross-sell bank products and services that help customers achieve their financial goals
Support daily branch operations including mail, phone calls, and general administrative tasks
Follow all bank policies, regulations, and security procedures to ensure safety and compliance
