Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent (students currently enrolled are also welcome!)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in every transaction
- Integrity and confidentiality in handling customer information
- The ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and comfort with banking software
Nice To Haves
- Previous cash-handling or customer service experience
Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a smile and assist with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Provide answers to customer inquiries and guide them to the right department for more complex needs
- Spot counterfeit currency and ensure transactions are processed accurately
- Balance your cash drawer and vault, maintaining accuracy and accountability
- Prepare and track cashier’s checks, money orders, and other banking documents
- Open and close accounts while ensuring all documentation is complete
- Cross-sell bank products and services that help customers achieve their financial goals
- Support daily branch operations including mail, phone calls, and general administrative tasks
- Follow all bank policies, regulations, and security procedures to ensure safety and compliance
