As a Teller within PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based in Salisbury, MD at the North Salisbury Branch. PNC is an in-office company that fosters a collaborative and supportive culture where employees can thrive. The Teller delivers a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. This role involves processing a variety of customer interactions, educating customers on financial alternatives, and identifying banking opportunities for referrals to branch staff. Tellers also engage with customers in the lobby to position PNC products, educate on managing financial transactions using technology, and apply product knowledge to solve problems. Adherence to policies and procedures, sound judgment, and efficient, accurate completion of daily teller and branch operations are essential. Employees are expected to be Customer Focused and skilled in Managing Risk according to PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
