The Teller position is responsible for receiving and processing deposits, checks, payments, and other transactions, as well as issuing money orders, travelers checks, and other drafts. This role requires representing the credit union in a manner that maintains and expands positive relations with all members, potential members, and co-workers. It involves complying with all company policies, procedures, and regulations, and providing exceptional member service skills, including knowledge, adaptability, patience, attentiveness, positive communication, time management, and a willingness to learn, alongside efficient and accurate transaction processing.
