About The Position

Responsible for providing support to the tellers as well as supervise teller employees.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a high school diploma/GED or equivalent experience is required. Equivalent experience: 1 year of experience is equal to 1 year of education.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in banking is required.
  • General computer skills

Responsibilities

  • Accurately processes all banking transactions.
  • Closes customer accounts.
  • Balances ATM and night drop.
  • Performs quarterly teller drawer audits.
  • Performs quarterly ATM card audit.
  • Orders weekly branch cash.
  • Prepares money to be shipped to FED.
  • Completes monthly statement reconciliations for cash advance service.
  • Completes monthly review of past due collections.
  • Manage and oversee all teller operations, training and customer service standards.
  • Assist in staffing and scheduling of teller employees.
  • Monitors and approves teller time and attendance.
  • Completes annual evaluations and performance corrections, with the assistance and input of the Branch Manager.
  • Other duties as assigned.
