As the welcoming face of the credit union, MSRs are often the first and only point of contact for our members. We're seeking individuals who excel in customer service, have strong attention to detail, and enjoy being part of a supportive, member-focused team. As an MSR, you'll handle a variety of financial transactions and help create a seamless, friendly experience for our members.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
At least one year of related experience in a financial institution or similar cashier role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Accuracy and comfort working with numbers.
Basic computer proficiency and keyboarding skills.
Availability for a flexible schedule: varying shifts Monday-Friday, with rotating Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Processing deposits, withdrawals, loan and credit card payments, cashier's checks, money orders, and cash advances.
Balancing your cash drawer daily and ensuring all transactions are accurate.
Assisting members in person, over the phone, and by mail.
Identifying member needs and cross-selling products and services that add value.
Resolving member concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
