The Teller/CSR position at the Harrisonburg South Main Office involves processing deposits, withdrawals, and payments in a professional and courteous manner according to established guidelines. This role also includes opening new accounts, providing service and performing maintenance on existing accounts, assisting with safe deposit box entries, answering customer inquiries (both internal and external), answering and directing calls, cross-selling products, and resolving customer concerns, all while being attentive and alert to the needs of the customers.
