About The Position

My Senior Health Plan, a leader in the Medicare B2C space for nearly 20 years, is looking for a motivated and energetic Telesales Representative to join our growing team in Brentwood, TN. If you have a strong background in sales, business development, and customer service, and are passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors, we want to hear from you! Job Summary: As a Telesales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving our success by engaging clients and setting up appointments for our licensed sales team. You’ll be responsible for outbound and inbound calls, building relationships, and effectively communicating the value of My Senior Health Plan’s services.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in inside sales.
  • Job stability and tenure in previous roles.
  • Excellent phone presence and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Tech-savvy and capable of managing multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Experience with auto-dialers.
  • Strong interest in the insurance industry is essential.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls and take inbound calls to engage potential clients.
  • Professionally present My Senior Health Plan’s services and build rapport with leads.
  • Create and update client profiles in our CRM and assist with scheduling appointments or live transfers to licensed agents.
  • Use sales tactics to nurture leads and meet sales targets.
  • Stay informed about Medicare products and insurance basics.
  • Consistently meet sales goals and administrative deadlines.

  • Competitive hourly base pay with monthly performance-based bonuses. Base pay range is equivalent to $41,600 to $47,840 annually, with the potential to earn $55,000–$65,000 annual monetary compensation (base pay and bonuses).
