About The Position

My Senior Health Plan, a leader in the Medicare B2C space for nearly 20 years, is looking for a motivated and energetic Licensed Medicare Sales Representative to join our growing team in Brentwood, TN. If you have a strong background in sales, business development, customer service, are licensed in life and health insurance, and are passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors, we want to hear from you! Job Summary: As a Licensed Medicare Sales Representative, you'll assist clients in evaluating and enrolling in the best Medicare plans to meet their needs. You’ll manage outbound and inbound calls, educate clients about Medicare, and convert leads into sales. You’ll be responsible for maintaining a sales pipeline, building long-term relationships, and exceeding performance goals.

Requirements

  • Active Health & Life license.
  • Current AHIP certificate required before starting.
  • Job stability and tenure in previous roles.
  • 3+ years of inbound/outbound sales experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Strong phone presence and communication skills.
  • Proficient in CRM Software and Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated, tech-savvy, and coachable.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate client needs and recommend Medicare plans.
  • Conduct plan reviews, guide enrollment, and educate on Medicare eligibility and options.
  • Prospect new leads, handle inbound/outbound calls, and drive sales.
  • Maintain a strong client pipeline and ensure high-quality follow-up.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and metrics.
  • Use CRM tools for managing client information and tracking progress.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, products, and compliance regulations.
