About The Position

My Senior Health Plan, a leader in the Medicare B2C space for nearly 20 years, is looking for a motivated and energetic Licensed Medicare Sales Representative to join our growing team in Brentwood, TN. If you have a strong background in sales, business development, customer service, are licensed in life and health insurance, and are passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors, we want to hear from you! Job Summary: As a Licensed Medicare Sales Representative, you'll assist clients in evaluating and enrolling in the best Medicare plans to meet their needs. This is an in-office role, where you’ll manage outbound and inbound calls, educate clients about Medicare, and convert leads into sales. You’ll be responsible for maintaining a sales pipeline, building long-term relationships, and exceeding performance goals.

Requirements

  • Active Health & Life license.
  • Current AHIP certificate required before starting.
  • Job stability and tenure in previous roles.
  • 3+ years of inbound/outbound sales experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong phone presence and communication skills.
  • Proficient in CRM Software and Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated, tech-savvy, and coachable.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate client needs and recommend Medicare plans.
  • Conduct plan reviews, guide enrollment, and educate on Medicare eligibility and options.
  • Prospect new leads, handle inbound/outbound calls, and drive sales.
  • Maintain a strong client pipeline and ensure high-quality follow-up.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and metrics.
  • Use CRM tools for managing client information and tracking progress.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, products, and compliance regulations.
