Our work depends on Telecommunications Analyst joining our team to provide unified communication services to our FAA customer. HOW A TELECOMMUNICATIONS ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Analyzes, maintains, and modifies telecommunications and video systems to meet operational standards. Monitors the operations of telecommunications and video systems and services of vendors. Conducts studies regarding telecommunication systems usage and recommends changes as appropriate. Plans, coordinates and performs all moves and installation of telecommunications equipment. Tests, adjusts, and troubleshoots complex hardware equipment as necessary. Maintains records and prepares complex reports relevant to the operation of the telecommunications and video systems. Provides end-user training of telecommunications and video features and functionality.

Requirements

  • Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree: Degree in IT related field desirable.
  • Required Experience: 3+ years of related experience
  • Required Technical Skills: Telecommunications and video experience with AVAYA and ZOOM platforms. IP based telephony, PBX platforms, Digital Voice Platforms.
  • Security Clearance Level: Agency specific - Public Trust
  • Required Skills and Abilities: Communication and problem solving. After hours call out - support.
