Nakupuna Companies is seeking a Telephone Control Offier. The Telephone Control Officer (TCO) is responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting telephone systems, including VoIP, PBX, DSN, ISDN, and traditional telephony systems, while ensuring reliable communication services for the organization. Installation and Maintenance: Install telephone systems and equipment, including cables and devices Configure VoIP and PBX phones and systems Perform routine system maintenance and work with other parties to resolve them Install network cabling for VoIP and support conference room connectivity Set up conference calling systems Troubleshooting and Repair: Provide voice and data support, including dial tone, fax services, conference bridging, DSN, ISDN, voicemail, audio commands, GETS cards, wireless services, and lease circuits Diagnose telephone system issues; repair faulty equipment; resolve voice quality problems; fix connectivity issues Address user-reported issues and maintain system functionality System Administration: Effectively gather, analyze, respond to, resolve, or forward customer telecommunications needs or issues Manage phone system configurations Update system software Monitor system performance Maintain user directories Configure call routing Manage system security Track inventory Document system changes
