About The Position

At Treetop ABA, we are dedicated to providing exceptional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with developmental needs. Our mission is to deliver individualized, evidence-based services that meet each child’s unique needs. By emphasizing a person-centered approach and building strong partnerships with families, we ensure therapy is meaningful, impactful, and supportive. Our highly skilled clinicians provide care in a nurturing environment, offering telehealth services, in-clinic programs in Arizona and Georgia, and in-home services across multiple states. With this reach, Treetop has established itself as a leader in ABA therapy. We are seeking a full-time BCBA who is passionate about making a difference and ready to work in a remote role. This position offers the flexibility of working from home while providing meaningful clinical oversight and client care.

Requirements

  • Must have active GA LBA if out of state, if In state must have active LBA or in process
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a BCBA preferred
  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
  • Active BCBA certification (required)
  • Strong skills in communication, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making

  • Experience with diverse client populations is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and use data analysis to track progress
  • Provide supervision and guidance to Behavior Technicians
  • Partner with families and professionals to ensure cohesive care
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports
  • Stay current with ABA research and best practices
