This role focuses primarily on providing parent training for families of children with autism who are receiving in-clinic services. Requirements

  • A Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
  • Must reside within the state of Oklahoma or within 50 miles of the Oklahoma border
  • Strong passion for supporting children with autism and their families
  • Expertise in parent training as a central component of behavior support
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with clinic-based teams
  • Comfortable using telehealth platforms for remote service delivery
  • Ability to meet billable hours

Responsibilities

  • Deliver parent training via telehealth for families of in-clinic children with autism
  • Provide guidance and coaching to caregivers to generalize clinic-based gains into the home environment
  • Collaborate with in-clinic BCBAs and RBTs to align goals and strategies
  • Review clinic-based data and provide input to treatment teams as needed
  • Monitor progress and adjust coaching approaches to meet family goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and professional standards
