We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team via telehealth. This role focuses primarily on providing parent training for families of children with autism who are receiving in-clinic services. Requirements
- A Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
- Must reside within the state of Oklahoma or within 50 miles of the Oklahoma border
- Strong passion for supporting children with autism and their families
- Expertise in parent training as a central component of behavior support
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clinic-based teams
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms for remote service delivery
- Ability to meet billable hours
Responsibilities
- Deliver parent training via telehealth for families of in-clinic children with autism
- Provide guidance and coaching to caregivers to generalize clinic-based gains into the home environment
- Collaborate with in-clinic BCBAs and RBTs to align goals and strategies
- Review clinic-based data and provide input to treatment teams as needed
- Monitor progress and adjust coaching approaches to meet family goals
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and professional standards
