Requirements

Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree (Degree in IT related field desirable).
3+ years of related experience.
Telecommunications and video experience with AVAYA and ZOOM platforms.
Experience with IP based telephony, PBX platforms, Digital Voice Platforms.
Agency specific - Public Trust security clearance.
Communication and problem solving skills.
Ability to provide after hours call out - support.

Responsibilities

Analyzes, maintains, and modifies telecommunications and video systems to meet operational standards.
Monitors the operations of telecommunications and video systems and services of vendors.
Conducts studies regarding telecommunication systems usage and recommends changes as appropriate.
Plans, coordinates and performs all moves and installation of telecommunications equipment.
Tests, adjusts, and troubleshoots complex hardware equipment as necessary.
Maintains records and prepares complex reports relevant to the operation of the telecommunications and video systems.
Provides end-user training of telecommunications and video features and functionality.
