Responsibilities

• Structuring, drafting, and negotiating a diverse range of commercial, technology, and intellectual property agreements.
• Serving as the go-to IP specialist for M&A, venture capital, and other corporate transactions.
• Supporting M&A, venture capital, and private equity deals with a focus on technology transactions.
• Drafting and reviewing various commercial agreements, including license agreements, development agreements, distributor and reseller agreements, customer and supplier contracts, and OEM and manufacturing agreements.
• Managing associated transactions and providing expert guidance on legal issues.
