Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD), active bar admission in Missouri.
Nice To Haves
- Willingness to learn of the trucking/transportation industry preferred.
- Experience in collections, insurance recovery, or commercial claims preferred.
Responsibilities
- The Corporate / Subrogation Attorney will supervise two associates, manage a portfolio of recovery and subrogation cases, and general corporate legal matters.
- You’ll oversee case resolution strategy, direct negotiations, and coordinate with insurance carriers, legal counsel, and internal departments to achieve optimal outcomes.
