Overview: Job Description Summary: Designs and delivers technology training programs to ensure that employees have the skills and knowledge necessary to use technology to achieve business objectives. Job Description: Essential Functions: Delivers training programs for technology-related topics, to individuals and groups, both in-person and virtually. Contributes to the creation of training programs and associated training materials including manuals, presentations, and online resources. Assists with the analysis of training needs of individuals and groups. Gathers feedback on the effectiveness of training programs and suggests improvements. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of new technologies and software to ensure training programs and materials are current. Collaborates with other trainers and subject matter experts to ensure own expertise is refreshed and developed.
