The role of the Technology Support Specialist is to focus on resolving user technical issues across the district, for teachers, staff members, administrators, and students. This includes, but is not limited to, PC repair, password resets, connectivity to network, printing, peripherals, mouse and keyboard, LCD projectors, presentation set-ups, etc., and managing and prioritizing the district's IT HelpDesk (trouble ticket) system. This position is mobile and will require covering technical needs in all four school buildings and central office.
