The Work: In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive application support for the Blue Yonder platform. Your day-to-day activities will involve troubleshooting issues, monitoring system performance, and ensuring the smooth operation of the application environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents, implement enhancements, and maintain optimal system uptime.
