The Work: In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive application support for the Blue Yonder platform. Your day-to-day activities will involve troubleshooting issues, monitoring system performance, and ensuring the smooth operation of the application environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents, implement enhancements, and maintain optimal system uptime. Proactive identification and resolution of potential problems will be key, as you work to deliver a seamless experience for end users. Responsibilities include:

Requirements

  • Familiarity with the Blue Yonder application
  • Hands-on experience with the Linux operating system
  • Exposure to system monitoring tools, incident management processes, and automation scripts
  • Previous involvement in supporting enterprise-level applications, managing application deployments, and optimizing system configurations
  • Experience with root cause analysis, performance tuning, and working within a fast-paced support team
  • Baseline Comptia Certification
  • US – Citizen

Responsibilities

  • Provide application support for the Blue Yonder application, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Blue Yonder and its integration with Linux operating systems
  • Monitor system health, perform routine maintenance, and implement updates as needed Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and improve application functionality
  • Document support activities, solutions, and best practices for future reference
  • Respond promptly to user inquiries and provide technical guidance as required
  • Participate in on-call support rotations and escalate complex issues when necessary
