Client Services is seeking applicants for a full-time Technology Support Analyst (TSA) at the Cascade Campus (shift M-F, 8am-5pm). This position provides strategic and operational support to both internal and external clients related to instructional and administrative computing technology. The TSA role acts as a consultant and a technical support analyst for various operational and strategic initiatives and to the computer support team. In addition, the role will be expected to partner with other TSAs, staff, and management. The person in this exciting and important role will have opportunities to lead and to participate in meetings, projects, committees, business analysis, and cross-functional implementation planning groups. The TSA role may provide work direction and coordination of work activities to other technical staff and/or student and casual employees.
