About The Position

THIS POSITION IS NOT REMOTE. The Technology Solutions Coordinator is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft 365-based and other software solutions that enhance productivity, collaboration, and security across the organization. This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic insight to align Microsoft 365 capabilities—including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, Co-Pilot, and Exchange Online—with business goals.

Requirements

  • Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 services: SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Power Platform, Co-Pilot.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting, MS Graph and cloud architecture.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft security and compliance features.
  • Professional Experience
  • 4+ years in Microsoft 365 administration or solution architecture.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
  • Soft Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Solution Design & Architecture
  • Develop and implement scalable Microsoft 365 solutions tailored to business needs.
  • Create architectural diagrams, documentation, and estimates for proposed solutions.
  • Lead integration efforts with other enterprise systems and bank specific software.
  • Platform Administration & Support
  • Administer Microsoft 365 services including user accounts, permissions, and licenses.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users.
  • Security & Compliance
  • Implement and maintain security and compliance policies across Microsoft 365 services.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Project Leadership
  • Manage Microsoft 365-related projects from planning through execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and adoption.
  • Innovation & Optimization
  • Stay current with Microsoft 365 updates and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement using tools like Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Report on platform utilization and recommend enhancements.
