Role reports to: Dir Consumer RIM Governance Operations Location: North America, United States, New Jersey, Summit Work Location: Hybrid What you will do The Technology Services Operations Report Lead is responsible for analyzing, designing, and delivering project solutions while collaborating with teams to improve processes and ensure timely resolution of system issues. The TS Operations Report Lead delivers automation and portfolio data analysis and reporting for Kenvue Technology Services. You will provide technical support, manage stakeholder satisfaction, and maintain the integrity and security of operational environments:

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required or the equivalent with 4-6 years of relevant experience in technology services operations or related fields.
  • Proven expertise in project and program management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels and across diverse teams.
  • Strong financial acumen including experience in business case development and budget management.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills; Knowledge, understanding, and practical experience employing key excel formulas.
  • Practical experience using complex formulas, experience in cleaning excel file data, an experience visualizing data within excel
  • Must have experience with Power Query M coding language
  • Light Experience with additional Microsoft programming languages; Power Fx, ODATA, and Workflow Definition Language (WDL) frequently in automation engineering.
  • Experience working with end users/customers

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s Degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in advanced data analytics platforms and programming languages to manipulate and interpret complex datasets.
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate reporting frameworks that enhance clarity and strategic value for diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong aptitude for predictive analytics and experience applying machine learning techniques to operational data.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and collaborate within complex matrix organizations and cross-functional, cross-regional teams.
  • Experience with Big Data technologies, data lakes, data warehousing, or business intelligence solutions.
  • Skilled in researching, validating, and implementing innovative technology solutions using appropriate methodologies.
  • Ability to integrate diverse system capabilities and optimize resource utilization to meet operational objectives.
  • Experience in providing leadership and oversight to contract personnel and project teams to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with industry trends through ongoing education and training.
  • Business/Accounting related background blended with IT or Computer Science Studies Background or skills related to financial reporting for a global company, or skills in procurement work
  • Strong Practical Experience developing solutions using Power Fx
  • Experience with Visual Basic Coding Language

Responsibilities

  • Baseline security architecture and interfaces in scope for automation and analytics
  • Create/prioritize automation & analytic backlog
  • Review Kenvue created tools/data/documents for conveyance that relate to automation / analytic data infrastructure
  • Completes Close & Accrual reporting / submissions
  • Create & Distribute Ad hoc reporting including rolling forecast with support of Kenvue Finance Team
  • Delivery of Pillar , Budget, & Purchase Orders
  • Lead cross-functional analysis and troubleshooting initiatives to identify operational bottlenecks, resolve system malfunctions promptly, and recommend innovative solutions for process optimization.
