About The Position

We’re looking for a driven, consultative sales professional to help bring cutting-edge technology solutions to the title insurance and real estate space. As a Technology Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in modernizing how title professionals access property data, title history, and tax information. You’ll work with a wide range of clients—from title agents and lenders to brokers and attorneys—helping them operate more efficiently and competitively. This is more than a sales role—it’s a chance to shape the future of real estate technology.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years in residential real estate or title insurance (required)
  • Strong understanding of the title insurance industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • A consultative, relationship-first sales approach
  • Experience in business development or client acquisition
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and strategic thinking abilities
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, MS Office, and Teams
  • Ability to travel at least 1 week per month

Responsibilities

  • Consistently exceed sales targets and revenue goals
  • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with:
  • Title agents
  • Real estate brokers & teams
  • Lenders
  • Builders & attorneys
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations
  • Develop and execute strategic call plans and pipelines
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Escrow teams
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
  • Provide responsive, proactive communication to clients
