Position Summary: Maintains and supports the enterprise Messaging and Collaboration infrastructure specifically with client support on a large-scale multi-site, multi-domain environment. Responsible for Messaging and Collaboration supported applications to include Outlook, Office and SharePoint. Manages the integration of email with other systems such as mobile device and other unified communication technologies. Administers the Messaging and Collaboration user accounts in the enterprise by creating user ids, effecting user name changes and moves, maintaining group lists, and removing terminated user ids (must adhere to regulatory requirements when needed) Assumes the leadership role in the resolution of complex technical issues (SME) Consults with application developers on issues related to the impact of applications Coordinates with application developers and project managers to deploy worldwide enterprise solutions/applications (tasks to include but not limited to testing and documentation) Provides technical expertise to internal IT groups and provide feedback and recommendations to management for service level and environment optimization Protects the overall security of the messaging environment through the administration of access control lists, security measures and certification of external organizations Provides training to users, junior technicians and other IT personnel

Requirements

  • 3+ years of IT experience ideally in a messaging and collaboration infrastructure support role
  • Experience with the following technologies: Outlook MS-365, MS Office, SharePoint administration, Active Directory, Working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, One Drive, and MS Teams
  • Familiarity with PowerShell
  • Knowledge of current Windows operating systems
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills with a focus on providing quality customer service
  • Ability to work with minimal direction and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience in understanding MS Collaboration Applications troubleshooting (SharePoint, Skype for Business
  • Good customer service skills with excellent communication skills (English- Speaking, Writing and Comprehension)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize efforts, and provide regular status updates to management
  • Experience and expertise in Microsoft Office Products
