About The Position

The Technology Learning Analyst expands the Enablement Unit’s capacity to deliver high‑quality AI and data literacy programs that empower WBG staff and business units to responsibly and effectively use data, AI, and information technologies. The role designs, delivers, and continuously improves learning pathways and knowledge assets while curating lessons learned and expert resources. Through contributions to rigorous curriculum design, learner-centric delivery, and program evaluation, the Analyst helps build an enterprise-wide culture of continuous learning and self-service enablement.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree with 2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience (for example in IT field: Bachelor’s Degree with min 1 year of related work experience.)
  • Learning Administration: Experience with LMS administration, including curriculum development, course configuration, learning path design, and analytics.
  • Knowledge Management: Ability to design, build, and maintain knowledge hubs, expert repositories, and reference assets that support self-service learning. Applies curation standards and keeps content current and discoverable.
  • Curriculum Design: Understands adult learning principles and applies them to AI and data literacy contexts.
  • Training Delivery: Comfortable presenting complex technical content to non-technical audiences with clarity and confidence.
  • Program Evaluation: Proficient in measuring training effectiveness through assessment design, feedback instruments, and learning analytics.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of AI and Data concepts and tools (e.g., PowerBI, mAI, Copilot)
  • Behavioral competencies: Learner centricity, adaptability, attention to detail, organizational skills, professionalism, coordination and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Training Content Stewardship
  • Stand up and maintain knowledge hubs and repositories (e.g., lessons learned, expert directories, reference materials) to support self-service learning.
  • Create and maintain learning content (courses, guides, micro-learning, demos, eLearning modules) in the Open Learning Campus (OLC) in partnership with product, governance, and other teams.
  • Maintain courses in the Learning Management System (LMS) including class creation, roster updates, learning path configuration, completions, and entering metadata to ensure content is accurate and discoverable.
  • Training Delivery
  • Deliver training for Data, Information and AI tools, policies, and practices in collaboration with AE staff;
  • Coordinate and support labs, clinics, and office hours for hands-on enablement;
  • Curriculum Design
  • Contribute to the design of internal AI and data literacy curricula across foundational, practitioner, and advanced tracks, tailored to WBG roles and use cases.
  • Coordinate with adoption and innovation workstreams to align training with new tools, governance updates, and platform changes.
  • Measuring Effectiveness
  • Implement program evaluation and feedback loops (surveys, learning analytics, effectiveness metrics) to iterate content and delivery. Maintain quality assurance for shared programs.
  • Track and report program KPIs, capacity utilization, and impact measures to inform planning and investment decisions. Generation of analytics to support reporting and program planning.
