Provide guidance and support in the development of projects at all system layers, including data sourcing and consumption, back-office and user application systems. Responsible for analysis related to business and corporate process, design, development and implementation of information technology systems, as well as consulting with project owners to resolve issues regarding operations, implementations, and system status. Research and recommend strategies for department direction on customer- and agent-facing systems, technical interfaces, and automated system solutions. Provide technical expertise on complex projects and research new technology for use by department. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required. Total 8+ years of experience. At least 5 years’ experience working as Business Analyst and Telecom domain specifically Activation. Experience in trouble ticket analysis and triage and documentation. Experienced Scrum/agile resource and handling user story writing Experience working with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant data Knowledge of Agile methodology Excellent Analytical and Communication skills Ability to work in a team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
