Technology Integration Specialist
About The Position
-Oversee the reporting of a wide range of alternative investments including hedge funds, private equity, real estate, venture capital, and direct investments. -Create workflows for capital calls, distributions, valuation updates, and document storage. -Track and reconcile NAVs, valuations, and investment transactions across multiple custodians and managers. -Maintain database that contacts legal documents (e.g., subscription agreements, PPMs, audited financials, K1’s) for proper coding. -Liaise with fund managers and custodians to ensure timely and accurate information flow. -Assist in preparing reporting and ad-hoc analytics for internal and client use. -Lead or assist in the implementation and customization of reporting platform, including onboarding data feeds, account structures, and entity hierarchies. -Work with external and internal IT teams to integrate bank and custodian data feeds (SWIFT, API, manual uploads). -Map and load historical and real-time data for alternative investments into the reporting platform ensuring completeness and accuracy. - Develop custom reports that reflect the client’s investment holdings, performance, and liquidity. - Conduct ongoing maintenance of the system including data validation, troubleshooting, and enhancements. - Provide internal training and support to stakeholders on using Masttro effectively.
