About The Position

The Technology & Digital Sales Specialist plays a critical cross-functional role supporting Turtle’s Technology Services business, with a strong focus on Cisco and Meraki growth initiatives. This position acts as the sales operational and communication bridge between Distribution Sales, Turtle Technology Services, TSI Sales, Digital Operations, Marketing, and key customer/prospect interactions. The role combines sales operations, Salesforce support, digital business development, website and SEO optimization, and AI-driven content enablement under the direction of Digital Ops, Marketing, Channel Manager and Sales. This position is central to driving sales, Customer-obsessed experience, efficiency, accountability, and proactive engagement in Turtle’s technology sales ensuring that Cisco, Meraki, and broader technology, services and digital solution opportunities are captured, tracked, nurtured, and expanded. This position is based in Clark, NJ, with occasional travel required to customer sites, branches, meetings, and industry conferences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in vendor management, rebate programs, channel operations, or procurement.
  • Strong knowledge of rebate structures, AD program requirements, and vendor performance metrics.
  • Proficiency with CRM and reporting systems; Salesforce and QlikView preferred.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills with ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Highly organized and able to manage recurring daily, monthly, and annual reporting cycles.
  • Ability to balance strategic program oversight with detailed operational execution.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the operational bridge between Sales, TSI, customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Manage opportunity intake, updates, and progress through Salesforce, ensuring visibility and accuracy.
  • Support the full TSI sales process, including opportunity qualification, tracking, documentation, and follow-up.
  • Assist with quote preparation, opportunity research, and coordination with Sales, Cisco/Meraki representatives, and prospects.
  • Ensure seamless communication between Account Managers, inside sales, engineering resources, and Technology Services.
  • Support business development initiatives and lead management workflows for new technology opportunities.
  • Maintain dashboards, reports, and operational KPIs related to sales pipeline activity.
  • Support content, updates, and optimization for the new Cisco/Meraki digital storefronts and landing pages.
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Digital Operations to create, upload, and optimize product/service content.
  • Assisting in tracking digital leads and routing them into Salesforce.
  • Monitor website performance metrics relevant to technology sales growth.
  • Ensure brand-aligned, high-impact digital presence for Cisco, Meraki, technology services.
  • Support ongoing SEO improvements across Cisco/Meraki and Technology Services pages.
  • Assist in creating or refining social media content aligned to technology business development goals.
  • Become a trained “trusted AI partner” to help the team leverage AI tools for: AI-Driven SEO with the goal of increasing Turtle recommendations Content creation Opportunity research Drafting sales enablement materials Data summarization Internal process automation
  • Ensuring content generated aligns with Turtle brand standards and marketing strategy.
  • Support Cisco Technology Services sales engagement, coordination, quoting workflows, and follow-ups.
  • Assist with partner portal navigation, certifications, deal registrations, and updates.
  • Maintain awareness of Cisco/Meraki programs, incentives, and marketing assets.
  • Coordinate with Cisco channel reps and ensure alignment with Turtle’s go-to-market strategy.
