This role will play a critical part in managing and coordinating technical projects, system integrations, and process improvements across the organization. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. Relevant certifications or additional technical training is a plus. Granite experience can be used to offset this requirement.
3+ years of experience in a telecommunications, technical coordination, systems engineering, or process improvement role. Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver technical projects is essential.
Familiarity with telecommunications systems, networking protocols, and IT infrastructure. Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, AzureDevOps) and systems integration best practices.
Demonstrated experience in identifying process inefficiencies and implementing solutions that improve operational effectiveness and system performance.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive problem resolution.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
Fluent in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SharePoint, MS Project, VISIO, Adobe Acrobat Proficient
M-F 8-5 availability – standard WFH Policy

Responsibilities

Lead and manage technical projects focused on system upgrades, integrations, and process optimization. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
Provide technical support to teams, ensuring clear documentation of processes, workflows, and system configurations. Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and other cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation. Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems that enhance operational efficiency.
Act as a liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines. Facilitate communication between departments to ensure seamless implementation of systems and processes.
Track and report on the progress of system implementations and process optimization initiatives. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Train and support team members on new systems, tools, and best practices to ensure adoption and effective utilization across the organization.
