About The Position

As an Technology Asset Coordinator, you’ll be part of our service team making sure our hardware and software inventory is accurate, up-to-date, and well-organized. You’ll help track and manage our assets from start to finish, using best practices to keep things running smoothly and efficiently. Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll be doing: Handle the daily tasks that keep our IT inventory organized, like prepping, tracking, delivering, and logging devices as they move in and out. Troubleshoot any issues that pop up with our IT inventory and keep the right folks in the loop when something needs attention. Contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvement. Keeping communication clear and consistent as you go. Pitching in wherever needed (excluding licensed tasks) to help foster a supportive and collaborative team culture.

Requirements

  • 1+ year(s) of experience with IT assets
  • Learning new technology excites you, and your high attention to detail ensures nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Change doesn’t throw you off - you’re adaptable and know how to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and love working as part of a team.
