About The Position

As an Technology Asset Coordinator, you’ll be part of our service team making sure our hardware and software inventory is accurate, up-to-date, and well-organized. You’ll help track and manage our assets from start to finish, using best practices to keep things running smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Handle the daily tasks that keep our IT inventory organized, like prepping, tracking, delivering, and logging devices as they move in and out.
• Troubleshoot any issues that pop up with our IT inventory and keep the right folks in the loop when something needs attention.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvement.
• Keeping communication clear and consistent as you go.
• Pitching in wherever needed (excluding licensed tasks) to help foster a supportive and collaborative team culture.
