About The Position

The Technology Analyst provides technical expertise to support daily IT operations and user-facing technologies across the I-66 Express Mobility Partners environment. This role ensures high system availability, efficient troubleshooting, strong documentation, and effective coordination with stakeholders, vendors, and cross functional teams. The analyst contributes to continuous improvement, system performance optimization, and security compliance across all operational systems, including network, hardware, software, and field equipment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Engineering, Computer Science
  • 4–6 years of experience in IT support, systems operations, technical analysis, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of Windows systems, networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN/VPN), and cloud concepts.
  • Experience with hardware diagnostics, device management, and MDM.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems, JIRA processes, and documentation standards.
  • Knowledge of Intune, Azure, Power BI tools
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in fast paced operational environments.
  • Analytical thinker with problem solving mindset.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams (Toll, Field Systems, Vendors, Back Office).

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day-- technical support for users and Backoffice- applications.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and communication equipment issues.
  • Monitor system health, alerts, logs, and device performance across field/office environments.
  • Ensure rapid incident triage, escalation, and resolution, following ITIL-aligned workflows.
  • Assist with the maintenance of hybrid environments (cloud, on Prem, field devices).
  • Strong understanding of SOX compliance and internal control frameworks.
  • Perform periodic testing and validation of reporting systems to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with IT and Audit teams to support SOX documentation and evidence collection.
  • Knowledge of data governance, reporting standards, and audit requirements.
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities.
  • Participate in system upgrades, integrations, and change request reviews.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors on improvement initiatives.
  • Support testing (UAT) for new features, patches, or system enhancements.
  • Maintain updated documentation (SOPs, diagrams, asset records, and runbooks).
  • A. Maintaining SOX documentation o Control descriptions, RCM updates, walkthroughs o ITAC, ITGC, IPE, MRC templates o Evidence repositories, dashboards, schedules
  • B. Evidence management o Generating, validating, organizing, and uploading evidence to Archer o Ensuring completeness, accuracy, traceability
  • C. IPE & MRC documentation o Completing templates o Providing explanation of parameters, logic, source data o Maintaining accuracy across updates and audits
  • D. Audit support o Walkthroughs, clarifications, coordination with IT Compliance and auditors
  • E. Control monitoring & updates o Logging changes, supporting roll-forward updates o Ensuring documentation reflects system or process changes
  • F. Compliance with internal policies o Security, operational, and SOX standards o Coordination with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ensure processes follow security, safety, and operational compliance standards.
  • Assist in audits, risk assessments, and system performance reviews as needed.
