The Technology Administrator – Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is responsible for the configuration, administration, optimization, and ongoing support of the organization’s CRM related systems and services including but not limited to the Salesforce suite of solutions. This role ensures process efficiency, system stability, data integrity, security, and alignment with business needs through effective solution and system design, automation, testing, and collaboration across departments.
